Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter referred to as "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entered on this website (e.g., in a contact form) is entered by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. To perform the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, the duration of the visitor's stay on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses are conducted entirely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of data are based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated data mining and spam. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) of the TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's end device (e.g., device fingerprinting) under the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

For more information about Google reCAPTCHA, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use via the following links:
https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en.

The company is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the United States designed to ensure compliance with European data protection standards when processing data in the United States. Each company certified under the DPF is obligated to comply with these data protection standards. For more information, please refer to the provider's information via the following link:
https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5780.

Integration of YouTube videos and social plugins

When you visit our website, additional services from YouTube and social plugins (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and Google+) are offered via a so-called two-click solution. No data is transmitted to the operator when the website is accessed for the first time. Data (including the URL of the current page and the user's IP address) will only be transmitted to the respective operator after the user has consented to the opt-in procedure under cookie settings by clicking on the appropriate button. As a user, you can decide for yourself whether you agree to the activation of these offers and the transfer of data. The user can revoke this consent at any time and prevent further data transmission to the operators by clicking on the corresponding button on the homepage (opt-in procedure).

Integration of YouTube videos

Videos from the external video platform YouTube are integrated on our website. By default, only deactivated images from the YouTube channel are embedded, which do not establish an automated connection with YouTube's servers. This means that the operator does not receive any data from the user when the website is accessed.

You can decide for yourself whether the YouTube videos should be activated. Videos will only play once you have enabled them in the cookie settings, thereby giving your consent for the necessary data (including the internet address of the current page and the user's IP address) to be transmitted to the operator.

In order to save the setting requested by the user, we set a cookie that saves the parameters. However, these cookies do not store any personal data but only contain anonymised information to customise the browser experience. The videos are then active and can be played by the user. If you would like to deactivate the automatic loading of YouTube videos again, you can uncheck the consent box in the cookie settings. This will also update the cookie settings.

YouTube is a service provided by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA. Further information on the purpose and scope of data processing (also outside the European Union and outside the USA) as well as information on setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en. Google processes your personal data in the USA, among other places.

Data processing by social networks

We maintain publicly accessible profiles in social networks. The individual social networks used by us can be found below.

Social networks such as Facebook, Google+ etc. can generally analyse your user behaviour comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media presences triggers numerous data protection-relevant processing operations. In detail:

If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address.

With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed to you inside and outside the respective social media presence. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are logged in or were logged in.

Please also note that we cannot track all processing operations on the social media portals. Depending on the provider, further processing operations may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media portals. For details, please refer to the terms of use and data protection provisions of the respective social media portals.

Legal basis

Our social media presence is designed to ensure the most comprehensive online presence possible. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Responsible party and assertion of rights

If you visit one of our social media sites (e.g. Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. You can assert your rights (information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and complaint) both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g. Facebook).

Please note that despite our joint responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full control over the data processing operations of the social media portals. Our options depend largely on the company policy of the respective provider.

Storage duration

The data collected directly by us via the social media presence will be deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies, you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly.

Evaluation of user behaviour (web tracking systems)

This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that enable cross-page recognition of the user to analyse user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before it is saved.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which pages were accessed and from which region. We also record various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

This analysis tool is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. If consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing is carried out exclusively based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Disclaimer of external links

External links open in a new window. Through this access and linking method, we avoid an automatic short-term intermediate storage of this "external information", so that we are not responsible for the data protection of this external content. Through external links we only provide access to the use of this content (§ 8 TMG): We are not responsible for this content, as we have neither initiated the transmission of the information nor selected or changed the addressee of the transmitted information or the transmitted information itself.

Orders

If you order publications, your data will only be used for this purpose. Your data will be deleted at the latest one year after the order.

Integration of Google Maps

If you explicitly consent to the use of Google Maps via the cookie settings, please note the following.

(1) We use Google Maps on this website. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.
(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in the section on automated data collection and storage logging of this privacy policy will be transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the customised design of its website. Such an analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide customised advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.
(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=de. Google also processes your personal data in the USA.
(4) The legal basis for the use of Google Maps is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

C) Other processing and information

Data security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access and from manipulation, transmission, loss or destruction. We regularly review our security procedures and adapt them to technological progress. All data transmitted to and by us is protected by suitable encryption procedures during and after its transport.

Electronic data collection within the website

If you are asked to enter data about yourself on our website, this data is transmitted via the Internet using SSL encryption to protect your data from unauthorised access.

Electronic mail (email)

If you send us emails, your email address will only be used for correspondence with you. Information that you send to us unencrypted by email may be read by third parties during transmission. As a rule, we are also unable to verify your identity and do not know who is behind an email address, so that legally secure communication by simple email is therefore not guaranteed. We also use so-called SPAM filters against unwanted advertising, which in rare cases can also automatically categorise normal emails as unwanted advertising and delete them. Emails containing harmful programmes ("viruses") are automatically deleted by us in all cases.

If you wish to send us messages worthy of protection, we strongly recommend that you encrypt and sign them to prevent unauthorised access and falsification during transmission or send the message to us by conventional post. You can send encrypted emails to the following email address: stadt@dingolfing.de

Please also let us know when and how we can send you encrypted emails to reply to your correspondence and, if this is not possible, whether you agree to an unencrypted email reply to your letter. If you do not have the option of receiving encrypted emails, please provide us with your postal address so that we can reply to your sensitive messages.

Photographs

As part of our press and public relations work, photos are taken at events and appointments in which you may be recognisable. You can object to the recording and/or publication.

Please use the contact details given above (at the beginning of A) for your objection.
